school serving the central eastern region of Cornwall,
centred on Callington. Our 1250+ eleven to eighteen year old students and the

excellent facilities and well qualified staff.
We are extremely proud of the education we provide at
Callington. The college is innovative and dynamic, always
working to provide the best possible education for our
students. Everything we do is centred on teaching and learning.
The college is a great place in which to learn. The quality
of the teaching, the facilities, the wide range of opportunities
on offer, the superb relationships and the focus on each
individual child ensure that all our students are fully
encouraged to achieve their potential
Not only is our academic record excellent, as a college
we are committed to developing the wider skills, qualities
and values in each of our students to help them succeed
in today’s world and to reach their dreams.
We value the needs of each individual and actively encourage
lifelong learning. We are a community where people are
encouraged to learn to do things they were not able to
do before. The college has a caring and supportive ethos
in which people are encouraged to respect both themselves
and others. At Callington Community College there exists
a safe and happy learning environment and we strive to
make the educational experience challenging, stimulating
and worthwhile.
